clients including job description formulation, salary recommendation
and negotiation, processing of documents at the Philippine
Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), visa stamping,
pre-departure briefing and guidance, deployment, post deployment
services, etc.

in selection of candidates, conduct of trade tests when required, completion
of legal documents and required examinations, and acculturation and
pre-departure orientation among the applicants prior to mobilization
and deployment. We endeavor to make the entire recruitment

Service Level Agreement (SLA) are detailed as follows:
At
Andrews Consulting, you can expect the following:
- A
reply to your inquiries within 24 hours or within the following business day
- A
shortlist of 2-3 top candidates per position within a maximum of 18 working
days depending on the volume and nature of the requirements.
1.1 Interviewed and prequalified
1.2 Trade Tested (when required by the client)
1.3 Shortlisted candidates meet a minimum of 7 point fit
out of a scale of 10
1.4 The shortlisted candidates will be available for a face
to face or phone (with webcam) interviews
1.5 Once selected, the candidates will be available for
a maximum period of 30-60 days
- The
candidates will complete the medical examinations, passports,
police clearances within a maximum period of two weeks
- Upon
receipt of the registration documents (if they are in compliance
to the format prescribed by Andrews), Andrews will complete
the registration of the client at the Phil. Overseas Employment
Administration (POEA) within 2-3 working days.
- Upon
receipt of the working visas and assuming that the Employer
is already registered at the POEA, Andrews will complete
the POEA processing of the selected candidates within 2-3
days afterwhich, flight reservations can be made for the
candidates.
- If
within 90 days from deployment, any candidate selected
by Andrews on behalf of the Employer fails the probationary
period, such candidate will be replaced free of charge.
